Refunds & replacements

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement for:

  • Defective and/or damaged items
  • Unfulfilled orders and/or undelivered items

Please double check your order and address before payment as we are unable to change orders once submitted. Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Order changes or cancellations due to change of mind

If your order was never delivered, or you have received an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@briobooks.com.au

In your email, please quote your order number, or include a copy of your receipt. In the case of defective or damaged goods, please also include a clear photograph and description of the damage or defect.


We are currently unable to accept any returns.
