Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: At present, we deliver across Australia, New Zealand, the US and UK. We are continuing to grow our network of global partners with a view to expanding distribution to other countries in the future.
Q: My book is damaged. Can I get an exchange or refund?
A: Firstly, our apologies. We strive to ensure that every customer has a great experience and receives their book in pristine condition. That’s what we set out to do during the production process through to when you receive it. Please e-mail us at customerservice at briobooks dotcomdotau with your Order Number, a photo of the damage on your book and whether you would like an exchange or refund. We aim to process these requests within 5 business days of receipt – but usually sooner!

Q: How can I make a book with you?
A: If you have an idea or a finished manuscript, we’d love to hear from you. We receive a high volume of requests as you may appreciate, so we can’t accommodate everyone but we’d love to have a look. If we can’t make it with you, we will do our best to point you in the right direction of someone who can hopefully help you out!
